JUDGE KELLY delivered the opinion of the court. The cause comes on for consideration of the petitioner teacher's motion to remand the case to the Board of Education of Jefferson County School District No. 1. The teacher seeks a hearing under the Teacher Employment, Dismissal, and Tenure Act of 1967. Section 22-63-117(5), C.R.S. (1984 Cum. Supp.). We dismiss the petition for the reason that there has not been a final order of the school board.
